About
Finding the people behind Indian companies
CINBook makes the public company register readable — every company and LLP in India, and the directors who run them.
Where the data comes from
Every fact here traces to a filing with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. Companies file; the Ministry publishes; we compile and present. Nothing is bought from third parties, and nothing is inferred about a person that they did not file.
What we add
The register is public but awkward — one entity at a time, and no view of a person across the companies they run. We turn it around: a director page shows an entire career, the boards someone sits on, and who they sit alongside. Company pages add the parts that take work to read from raw filings — registered charges and who holds them, filing history year by year, and the compliance flags that sit in the master record but are rarely surfaced.
What we do not do
- We do not publish contact details. We hold director emails and mobile numbers from MCA filings; they never appear on these pages.
- We do not republish the filed documents themselves — only facts drawn from them.
- We do not rate, score or characterise anyone. Every signal here is traceable to a filed figure.
- We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind.
Who runs it
