What this site is
CINBook republishes information filed with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, in a more readable form. It is a reference tool. It is not a credit reference agency, not a background-check service, and not a source of legal, financial or investment advice.
Accuracy, and its limits
Everything here derives from filings made by companies themselves. If a company filed something inaccurate or late, that is what the register holds and that is what appears here. We do not verify filings and we cannot.
We also refresh on a cycle, so a very recent change may not yet be reflected. Where a page states the date its data was drawn, take that date seriously.
For anything consequential — a transaction, a contract, a legal filing — verify against the MCA register directly. The information here is provided as-is, without warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for decisions taken in reliance on it.
Using the information
You may read, quote and link to anything published here. You may not:
- scrape or bulk-download the site, or use automated means to extract data at scale
- use personal data found here to harass, defraud, or unlawfully profile any individual
- send unsolicited commercial communications in breach of applicable law
- republish the site’s content as a competing database
The underlying register data is public. The way it is compiled, presented and analysed here is ours.
